The documentation fee is a dealer charge for preparing sale or lease documents; it is not a government fee and not required by law. The CVR fee is a dealer-charged third-party filing fee, not a government fee.
Additional manufacturer incentives may further reduce the price for customers who meet each incentive’s eligibility requirements. For Chevrolet, these include the GM Employee or Supplier Purchase program (valid control number required), Lease Loyalty, Lease Conquest, and Costco incentives; for Toyota, loyalty, conquest, military, and college graduate offers. Eligibility-restricted incentives are not available to all customers and are not included in the advertised price unless a specific offer states otherwise, in which case the qualifying conditions will be disclosed with that offer. Any price or payment contingent on captive-lender financing (GM Financial for Chevrolet, Toyota Financial Services for Toyota) will be identified as such, and a comparable price is available to customers who do not finance through that lender. Not all customers will qualify for all rebates or incentives; residency restrictions, credit approval, and other requirements may apply.
All advertised monthly payments are plus tax. All advertised amounts due at signing are plus tax, title, plate, and documentation fees, which are collected at signing in addition to the advertised amount. On finance offers, the advertised amount due at signing is the down payment stated with the offer; the first payment is not due at signing. On lease offers, the advertised amount due at signing includes the first monthly payment and any capitalized cost reduction stated with the offer. Advertised APR is available to well-qualified buyers with approved credit through the specified lender; not all buyers will qualify. Closed-end leases are for well-qualified lessees, subject to credit approval. Acquisition fees, security deposit requirements, mileage overage rates, and disposition fees vary by lender and are disclosed with each lease offer. If rebates are applied, tax on those rebates is collected upfront at signing.
Finance and insurance products, including service contracts, GAP, and appearance and protection packages, are optional and not required to purchase or lease unless required by the lender for credit approval. Chevrolet Courtesy Transportation (CTP) vehicles are sold as used, and Toyota Rent-a-Car (TRAC) vehicles are not advertised until redesignated as retail inventory, with a warranty based on the original in-service date.
